Refund policy
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused for sanitary purposes. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase which is emailed to you when you order.
To start a return, you can contact us at 888@celestalight.com. We will be able to provide you a return label upon request.
Damages and issues
If there are shipping damages you will need to file a claim with the shipping carrier. You will want to save all packaging materials as well as take pictures/videos. Please also reach out to us so that we are notified and can assist.
Celestalight warrants its LED Mask to be free from defects which would result in product failure for a period of one 1 year from the date of purchase (the “Limited Warranty”). During the warranty period, Celestalight will, at its discretion, repair or replace the defective part or product or refund the product’s original purchase price. The Limited Warranty does not cover cosmetic deterioration caused by normal wear and tear or damage caused by accident, misuse, or neglect. The Limited Warranty is valid for the original purchaser of the Product and cannot be transferred.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at 888@celestalight.com and we will look into it.
